Every laptop order includes free metro Melbourne delivery.

Process

Once we have confirmed how many devices you need and what address you would like it sent to, we will send an invoice. When payment has been made we will arrange for a courier to deliver them to you (sorry, no PO boxes).

Note: If you are an individual requesting a device, please ask your social worker or supporting charity to request on your behalf. We cannot accept payments from individuals.

We offer a three month warranty. If you have any hardware problem with your purchased device please contact us within 3 months for a repair or replacement.

** We currently have a number of free iPads available to include in our orders. They are pre-2020 and do not come with a warranty. Please select 'yes' to the last question if this is something your client would benefit from.
