Process

We only provide devices to local charities. If you are an individual who needs a device, please ask your social worker or supporting charity whether they have a program to help you.

Once we have confirmed how many devices your charity or not-for-profit needs and what address you would like it sent to, we will send an invoice. When payment has been made we will arrange for a courier to deliver them to you (sorry, no PO boxes).

We offer a three month warranty. If you have any hardware problem with your purchased device please contact us within 3 months for a repair or replacement.

At times we have devices with specs ABOVE our Classic and Advanced devices starting at $400. If you are interested in requesting one of these, please select 'Premium Laptop' and we will send information about what we currently have in stock.
